Proven concept, high quality standards
and experienced seminar hosts and experts
From more than 30 years experience in the field of adult education we have learnt that the feedback of seminar participants is vitally important for the continuous improvement and quality development of the seminars we offer.
This also applies to the "European Courses" which were developed 2003 in the context of the Comenius 2.1 project EU-Mail (EUropean Mixed Ability and Individualised Learning) and which since then have been organised and carried out by Forum Eltern und Schule in different European countries.
During all courses seminar Facilitators and lecturers offer the opportunity to the participants to give feedback right from the start. Final feedback is organised as written evaluation.
The results of this written feedback of the participants together with the impressions of seminar Facilitators are the basis for the following evaluation talks, which take place after every course between seminar Facilitators and our team at FESCH. All aspects of the seminar are included: seminar contents, methods and approach, partners, learning locations etc.
In doing so the feedback of participants has greatly helped us over the years to continously improve the quality of our "European Courses" and it has substantially contributed to ensure a well proven seminar concept based on high quality standards and experienced seminar hosts and experts.
